These terms cover this website and, when Keep Posted goes on sale, the purchase and use of the software. Keep Posted is provided by Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 13446812; registered office 23a The Precinct, London Road, Waterlooville PO7 7DT), trading as Keep Posted.
Coming soon. Keep Posted isn't on sale yet. Registering interest is free, creates no obligation on either side, and gets you exactly one thing: an email from us when it's ready.
Keep Posted is Windows desktop software that sends scheduled reminder emails to your clients from your own mailboxes. It runs on your own computer; your client records stay in its local database and are never uploaded to us. The software licence itself is set out in the End User Licence Agreement shown during installation.
Keep Posted will be licensed by annual subscription for one practice or organisation, at the fee shown at the point of purchase. The licence covers installing the software on that organisation's own computers for its own business use — not resale or redistribution. We'll contact you before your subscription period ends; if it isn't renewed, your licence to use the software ends, though your data remains yours and stays on your machines.
If you buy as a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless you have already activated and used the software, in which case any refund may be reduced to reflect use. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Business purchases are refundable within 14 days if the software has a fault we cannot resolve.
Support is by email (info@azurydigital.co.uk); we respond as promptly as we reasonably can during UK business hours. A current subscription includes the updates we release for the version you licensed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your client information, the wording of the emails you send, the mailboxes you connect, and compliance with the law that applies to your communications (including UK GDPR and PECR). The software's dry-run mode and one-client-per-email guard are safety aids, not a substitute for your own checks. Deadline templates and schedules are general starting points, not tax, legal or accounting advice — confirm deadlines against HMRC and Companies House requirements for each client.
The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed deadlines, penalties, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Content on this site is provided in good faith for general information about the product and may change as the product develops. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics — see our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. The terms current when you buy apply to your purchase.
